What you might be wondering.
Do you handle hosting and the domain?
We deploy your site to your own Vercel account (free for most clubs; their commercial Pro tier is €20/month if you’d prefer it) and configure your domain DNS. You own the project end-to-end — no lock-in, no recurring infra fee from us.
Can we update content ourselves after launch?
Yes — and you’ll probably enjoy it more this way. Send us changes by email or WhatsApp and we turn them around the same day. No CMS to learn, nothing to break on a Saturday night.
What if we already have a website?
Most clubs come to us with an existing site. We rebuild the content and structure into the new design — included in the launch price, no extra migration fee. Your old site stays live throughout the build; we switch over by updating DNS at launch, with no downtime. We keep your existing URL structure intact (and 301-redirect any path we do have to change), and email keeps running on your current setup.
Do you work with clubs outside the UK?
Yes — anywhere. We build in English and Dutch in-house; for other languages we’ll bring in a proofreader (small extra cost) so it reads naturally. Pricing shows in your local currency for clarity; invoices come from our Dutch studio in euros, so your bank handles a small conversion.
What’s the difference between launch offer and standard rate?
Same deliverable, different price. We hold 10 spots at the launch rate — once they’re filled, the standard rate kicks in. Nothing else changes: same custom design, same build, same support.
Do you offer just design, or only design + build together?
Both, together. We don’t sell design or build separately — keeping them in one project means the design actually works in code, and you’ve got one team accountable for the result. If you already have a brand or design system, we work within it; we just don’t take a Figma file from another agency and code it for you, or vice versa.
What’s not included?
The launch offer covers design, build, deployment, DNS configuration and basic SEO (sitemap, meta tags, structured data). Outside it:
- Domain registration & renewal — you own it; we configure DNS
- Email hosting (Google Workspace, Outlook, etc.) — your existing setup keeps running
- Photography — we work with what you have, or pick from stock
- Booking-system integrations beyond an embedded widget (Playtomic / ClubMate / MatchPoint widgets included; deeper API integration is scoped separately)
- Ongoing content edits after launch — handled via Ongoing Support, or per change
- Translations beyond English and Dutch — proofreader fee
- Logo / brand-identity design — we work with your existing brand
